Public Sector Retirement Advisor (Educators & Municipal Employees)

In this role, you’ll specialize in helping teachers, firefighters, police oNicers, and other public employees optimize their retirement plans (403(b), 457(b), pensions). You’ll guide clients on how to supplement their
pension benefits through strategic IUL and annuity planning

Key Responsibilities

• – Conduct outreach and virtual meetings with public employees.
• – Explain pension structures and supplemental income strategies.
• – Provide compliant rollover and post-tax planning solutions.
• – Document all client interactions in CRM system.
• – Stay up to date on changes in public sector benefits programs.
• – Leverage training resources and case support from our FMO/IMO partners.

Ideal Candidate

• – Life insurance license (required) or ability to obtain it quickly.
• – Understanding of public sector retirement benefits a plus.
• – Strong educational approach to sales conversations.
• – Organized, coachable, and motivated by mission-driven work.
• – Virtual appointment experience preferred.
• – Compensation: Two performance-based plans are available and will be discussed during the
interview process. Both are structured to earn 6-figures annually with scalable upside.
