Life Insurance & Tax-Free Income Strategist (Mass Affluent Market)

As a Tax-Free Income Strategist, you’ll work with professionals and business owners earning $150K–$500K annually. Your focus will be on educating clients about life insurance as an asset class and designing max-funded IUL strategies for long-term, tax-advantaged retirement planning.
Key Responsibilities
• – Conduct outreach and virtual meetings with public employees.
• – Explain pension structures and supplemental income strategies.
• – Provide compliant rollover and post-tax planning solutions.
• – Document all client interactions in CRM system.
• – Stay up to date on changes in public sector benefits programs.
• – Leverage training resources and case support from our FMO/IMO partners.
Ideal Candidate
• – Life insurance license (required) or ability to obtain it quickly.
• – Understanding of public sector retirement benefits a plus.
• – Strong educational approach to sales conversations.
• – Organized, coachable, and motivated by mission-driven work.
• – Virtual appointment experience preferred.
• – Compensation: Two performance-based plans are available and will be discussed during the
interview process. Both are structured to earn 6-figures annually with scalable upside.
