Business Owner Retirement & Succession Planner

This role focuses on helping small-to-mid-sized business owners plan for retirement, succession, and legacy using indexed products. You’ll introduce clients to key-person insurance, buy/sell strategies, and retained earnings repositioning via annuities and IULs.

Key Responsibilities

• – Identify and engage with small business owners through outreach and referrals.
• – Educate clients on tax-efficient retirement and exit planning.
• – Offer key-person and business continuation life insurance solutions.
• – Coordinate advanced planning support through our FMO/IMO partners.
• – Track client progress using CRM and marketing systems.

Ideal Candidate

• – Licensed life agent with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• – Strong communicator with experience working with business owners.
• – Interest in succession and retirement planning strategies.
• – Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple cases.
• – Prior B2B experience is a plus.
• – Compensation: Two performance-based plans are available and will be discussed during the
interview process. Both are structured to earn 6-figures annually with scalable upside.
